Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this product. If you use the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Last updated: March 8, 2026Customer-facing policy

1. Service scope

This product provides complaint-routing guidance, complaint draft generation, complaint tracking, and company-guide content focused on financial spam calls and related outreach.

The service helps you organise and send your own complaint. It does not file complaints in your name, represent you before a company or regulator, or guarantee that the company, telecom provider, ombudsman, or regulator will grant relief.

2. Who may use the service

You may use the service only if you are 18 years of age or older, the complaint relates to your own number or a number you are authorised to manage, and the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

The service is not available to minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend and delete the account, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. If you are using the service for another person, you are responsible for having the authority to do so.

3. Your responsibilities

  • submit truthful, accurate, and non-misleading details
  • review the complaint draft before you send it
  • use the correct company and complaint route for your case
  • avoid abusive, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content
  • follow the Acceptable Use Policy when using the product

You remain responsible for what you choose to send. The draft is a starting point, not a substitute for your own review.

4. No guarantee, no legal advice

The service does not promise that a company will stop calling, that an ombudsman will accept a complaint, or that any specific relief will be granted.

Nothing on the site is legal advice. If you need legal advice or representation, you should consult qualified counsel.

5. Third-party companies and external routes

Company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for those companies unless this is stated expressly.

The service may link to third-party sites, including company grievance pages, ombudsman portals, and regulator resources. Those sites are controlled by their own operators and may change without notice.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, if false or abusive complaints are being generated, or if technical or legal issues require us to do so.

We may also remove or limit access to company-guide content or workflow features where source data becomes unreliable or legally sensitive.

7. Liability limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for business loss, indirect loss, missed complaints, or outcomes controlled by third parties.

These terms do not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts and authorities that have competent jurisdiction under applicable law.

For privacy requests, guide corrections, or grievances about the service itself, use the Contact / Privacy / Grievance page first.
