Use this route for privacy requests, deletion requests, public-guide corrections, abuse reports, and complaints about this website itself.

1. Contact routes

The primary contact route is nomoreloansplease@gmail.com. Use it for support, privacy, grievance, and correction matters related to the service.

If your request is about a company guide, include the company name and the guide URL. If your request is about your data, include the same email ID and phone number you used on the service, or enough detail for us to identify the account safely.

2. Privacy, correction, and deletion requests

You can use this route to:

  • request a copy or summary of the account-linked data we still hold
  • request deletion of your account and complaint history
  • correct your phone number, email ID, or other account-linked details
  • raise a privacy concern about how your data is being used
  • withdraw consent for us to keep using the data you submitted to operate the service

Include enough information for us to identify your account safely. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed for the request.

3. Guide corrections and source updates

If a company guide is outdated or a source URL is wrong, tell us which company is affected and send the official source that supports the correction.

  • any context showing whether the issue is RBI, IRDAI, TRAI, or mixed-route related

4. Abuse reports and service grievances

Use the same contact route if you believe the service is being misused, if a public page is causing confusion, or if you want to raise a grievance about the service itself.

We may ask follow-up questions if the report involves account security, misuse, or possible legal risk.

5. Response timing

We aim to review privacy, correction, and grievance requests within 7 business days. Complex issues may take longer, but we will usually acknowledge the request first.

This contact route is for issues about this website. If your complaint is against a bank, lender, insurer, or marketplace, start that complaint inside the product instead of emailing us as a substitute.
